HIGH-ART is an independent psychedelic streetwear and art brand. Products are made to order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details, selecting the correct variant and size, and entering a complete shipping address. Product information, artwork, colors, sizing, availability, and prices may change. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled in separate packages when products use different fulfillment profiles. Orders are subject to availability and may be reviewed or canceled when necessary to address an error, suspected fraud, or an issue with fulfillment.

HIGH-ART retains rights in its original artwork, names, logos, characters, writing, and visual identity. Customers may purchase and use products for personal use, but may not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit HIGH-ART artwork without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
