How do I choose the right piece?
Start with the product images and description, then review the available options before adding the piece to your cart.
Where can I find product details?
Each product page includes the available options, description, and visual details for that piece. If something is unclear, contact HIGH-ART before checkout.
How can I ask about an order?
Use the contact page and include your order information when you write. That helps us understand what you need and respond more clearly.
Where can I learn more about HIGH-ART?
Visit the Studio for original work, the Lookbook for the visual language, and Our Story for the ideas behind the brand.
Where are the size measurements?
Open the Size & fit accordion beside the options on a product page. It shows verified supplier measurements when available in inches and centimeters. If a chart is not available yet, contact HIGH-ART before ordering.
How long do made-to-order pieces take?
Products are made to order. Please allow approximately 14–30 days for production and delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact HIGH-ART as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos when relevant. We will review damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items with the fulfillment provider.
