Shipping policy

HIGH-ART currently ships within the United States, including Hawaii and the mainland United States.

Products are made to order. Please allow approximately 14–30 days for production and delivery. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout for the delivery address provided.

Orders containing products fulfilled through different production profiles may arrive in separate packages and may receive separate tracking updates.

Orders are sent to the address entered at checkout. An incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, or a carrier return may require additional shipping or reshipment costs.

If tracking shows a delivery problem or a package appears to be lost, contact highart.eth@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.

Applicable taxes are shown at checkout based on the delivery details and current store configuration.
